Curry paste: ginger, fresh chilli, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam marsala, crushed cardamon, turmeric 2 chicken breasts (chopped) 2 onions Runner beans Tomatoes Organic coconut milk Brown basmati rice Poppadoms (optional)
Fry the onions to translucency Add the freshly made curry paste Add chopped chicken, then coconut milk gradually Then after 5 minutes, the beans Add the tomatoes Serve with basmati brown rice and optional poppadoms.
