Nutty buns (gluten-free)

What will this recipe make?

Makes 8 buns. A nice in-between snack, or if for a birthday add 50g chopped dark chocolate. Very easy to make. Free from gluten and dairy.

100g mixed nuts 150g mixed seeds 2 eggs 2 tbsp. coconut oil 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Grated peel from an orange, preferably organic 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin cases and bake for 18-20 minutes at 175 degrees Celcius.
